Hello! My name is Erika Long. When I originally started baking in my home kitchen, it was a very calming outlet for me from the stress of being a full-time working mom and wife. Being able to create delicious treats for my family and friends brought me tremendous joy. As time went by, friends and family would make special requests, always challenging me to bake evermore creative treat. Do what you love, and the rest will follow.
