Delmarva Water Transport Committee is a non-profit organization formed in 1974 to work on the concerns of the stakeholders on a variety of water transportation issues on the waterways of Delmarva. Membership provides an opportunity to meet others with similar interests and serves as a forum for the exchange of information and experiences.
