Dr. Pesaniello’s primary clinical interest is in psychotherapy & neurofeedback: treating issues of the self regulation of problems that rely on a well-regulated brain and nervous system. These include depression, anxiety, interpersonal problems, behavior issues, and personality issues. The neurofeedback and biofeedback have shown to be helpful in the treatment of stress-related conditions like migraine and irritable bowel. Her mode of psychotherapy is growth / process / insight-oriented. She utilizes biofeedback, neurofeedback, cognitive work, relaxation training, imagery, dreamwork, and medication management as appropriate.
