English towers is a private Condominium Building built in 1974 with 120 unit. Some of the units are rental units but all are handled by outside rental companies and not by the Association it self. The building is located Ocean Beachfront with a private walkway out. The staff is employed by the association and maintain the building only. Building rules and regulations are posted on the website and at the front door in an tri-fold flyer.
