Vin was established in 2020 by Emily Salisbury and Natalie Brewer. Natalie has been perfecting her wine palette over her 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, allowing her to discover and excitedly explain new and interesting wines to her guests. Emily started her chef career over 15 years ago along the late Michel Richard at Citronelle. She spent her last 12 years providing the Shore community traditional french desserts at Bistro Poplar. The third team member is Colleen Hughes. As a sous chef, Colleen's path crossed Emily's and Natalie's at Bistro Poplar soon after completing the culinary program at Dorchester Career and Technical Center. The 3 ladies at Vin are looking forward to introducing you to new flavors and pairings!
