A new yoga and wellness studio opening January 2023 in downtown Denton, Maryland. We will offer a variety of different yoga and fitness classes. Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Hot classes will be open to all skill levels. Props and modifications will be made for those who need them. We'll strive to provide an authentic yoga experience and help people explore their abilities in a safe environment.
